William George "Billy" Harvey (25 October 1892 — 14 September 1917) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon in the Victorian Football League (VFL), and was killed in action in Belgium in World War I. ==Footballer== Recruited from the Engineers, he played nine senior games for Essendon, and kicked two goals.
